ABOUT ME

Up until I was 40, my relationship with fitness and nutrition was always a bit all or nothing!

Extreme periods of unhealthy eating patterns and trying out all the fads, Atkins diet etc and doing lots of cardio. Then giving in to my love for refined sugar and reverting back to doing nothing.

“There was something about hitting 40 and having my second child at that age that made me want to take charge of my health”

I decided that I wanted to be fitter and healthier in my 40s & 50s than ever before and the best way to achieve this was to become a personal trainer - so that’s what I did!

I took various qualifications, finally setting up my own PT business in Dubai, then onto Saudi Arabia where I embarked on an amazing opportunity as The Head Trainer at the very first F45 fitness Studio in the country.

I have now returned back to the UK with my family and started to focus on my online ‘Body & Mindset’ coaching business, alongside some local PTs. I’m passionate about wanting to help mid-life women feel amazing, by not only taking charge of their fitness and nutrition, but also looking at their wider life goals.

My current fitness and nutrition routine is no longer based around cardio and quick food options. My fitness sessions are now based around strength training and I have adjusted my diet to support this change.  I train hard, eat more but more of the right food and challenge myself continually.

I love the physical changes that come with strength training and pushing myself to get stronger has really helped my mental health too.

I have now passed my 50th birthday and I’ve never felt stronger or more confident. I’m continually studying and expanding my business so I  can pass on what I have learned to other women.

I’m setting myself new goals all the time to help grow and improve.
